Pleasantville, New Jersey
Authentic hủ tiếu from the Mekong Delta, slow-cooked broths, and the warmth of a family kitchen — brought to you from 700 Black Horse Pike.
Our Roots
Hủ tiếu — the beloved noodle soup of southern Vietnam — is a dish that tells a story. Originally brought to Vietnam by the Teochew Chinese community and adapted in the kitchens of the Mekong Delta, each bowl carries generations of flavor.
We slow-simmer our pork and seafood broths for hours, layering in dried squid, shrimp, and spices passed down through family recipes. Every bowl is assembled fresh — slippery rice noodles, tender pork, plump shrimp, and a scatter of crispy garlic.
"Food is memory. Every bowl is a trip home."
